Dave serves on the board of MPEQ Limited. He is Head of Client Services for Apex Fund and Corporate Services Guernsey Limited. Dave joined Apex in 2016, having previously been employed as an Accountant at several Guernsey based businesses and has 14 years experience working across the Guernsey finance sector. Dave is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Andrew serves on the board of MPEQ Limited. He is an experienced Director and currently sits on several Investment Manager and Fund boards specializing in Mid-Market Buy-Out, Retail, Later Stage Investment, Fund of Funds, Debt, Venture Capital, Renewable and Infrastructure. These funds involve working within various jurisdictions worldwide, such as Nordics, Europe, Turkey, Africa, South America and the USA. Before joining Aver Partners in 2019, Andrew was Client Director at Apex (previously Ipes). He joined Apex in August 2005, working within, and subsequently leading the operational teams within these various Fund structures. During this time, he ensured that investments were within the correct parameters, with the essential and required governance. Payments, distributions, and drawdowns were delivered accurately and timely to investors and clients. In 2009, he was promoted to Client Director, then in 2015 his focus switched to providing a more specialized offering in Director Services and Client Relationship Management with Apex. Previously Andrew worked at Credit Suisse and Investec Bank. Andrew is a certified Accounting Technician (CAT) and has his certificate in Company Direction (IoD).

Prior to joining MPEQ in 2022, Gurbuz worked as a Senior Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners Istanbul office, where he was involved in several strategy consulting projects with a focus on pricing. Gurbuz holds B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering & B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Koç University. He is a graduate of Izmir Science High School.

Prior to joining MPEQ in 2022, Elif accumulated professional experience at global leading pharmaceutical company, with a specialization in business insights and data analytics. During her studies, she was involved in several strategy & pricing projects at different management consulting firms. Elif holds B.A. in Business Administration & M.S. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Koç University.

Emre joined our investment team as an Associate in 2024. Emre was formerly an Investments Manager at Eczacıbaşı Holding, where he focused on outbound M&A deals. Prior to that, he was an Associate in the Strategy and M&A Department of Doğan Holding, where he focused on M&A transactions and portfolio management. In the early years of his career, he worked in the M&A advisory teams of Big 4 companies. Emre holds a B.A. in International Trade from Boğaziçi University. He is also a graduate of Galatasaray High School.

Before joining MPEQ in 2024, Serra worked as a Senior Manager at Yıldırım Group, focusing on project finance, acquisition finance, and M&A transactions. Prior to her role at Yıldırım Group, she was a Director in the PwC Deals team at the Istanbul office. Serra has extensive experience in corporate finance, including financial due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and debt structuring. She holds a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from the University of British Columbia and is an alumni of Robert College.

Sina is a Robert College highschool graduate and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Before joining MPEQ in 2024, he worked as a Business Analyst for 2 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was involved in consumer goods and banking strategy projects.

Prior to joining MPEQ in 2024, Ata worked as a Senior Manager at EY in Strategy and Transactions team, where he was focusing on valuation and modeling advisory. Before joining EY, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Procter and Gamble, focusing on category finance. Ata holds MSc. in Financial Engineering and B.A. in Business Administration from Özyeğin University.
